Liverpool FC Camp Experience Terms and Conditions:
Registration Procedures
- Participants must provide their correct names as stated on their travel documents and ensure that the names and document information are accurately reflected on the receipt. Club Travel will not be responsible for any additional fees or liabilities arising from incorrect names.
- Please ensure that your travel documents have a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of departure and that you have a valid entry visa and sufficient blank pages for entry purposes.
- The experience fees are based on the time of registration.
Inclusions
- Liverpool FC Camp: Programs and arrangements including training camp activities and accommodations.
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class tickets calculated based on Cathay Pacific Airways V Class seats. Seat availability is subject to confirmation and payment of the deposit on the day of booking. In the event that V Class seats are fully booked, and higher class seats need to be reserved, the price difference will be borne by the customer.
- Hotels: Accommodations in hotels listed on the itinerary or of similar standard. Standard room sharing is based on two persons per room. Single room supplements are based on one person occupying a room.
- Meals: Group meals as listed on the itinerary. Meals provided by suppliers are subject to their final arrangements.
- Transportation: Transportation provided by air-conditioned touring coaches. The operation of heating and cooling systems will comply with local regulations.
- Sightseeing: All sightseeing programs and entrance fees as listed on the itinerary.
- Luggage: Each participant is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage (7kg) and one piece of checked luggage (23kg). Additional charges will apply for overweight luggage and will be borne by the customer.
- Service Charges: Service charges for guides, leaders, drivers, and staff.
Exclusions
- Travel documents and visa fees.
- Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, additional charges, and other taxes.
- Overweight luggage fees.
- Travel Industry Council Stamp Duty.
- Baggage handling fees at hotels, airports, and other transportation facilities.
- Optional activities or sightseeing programs not included in the itinerary.
- Additional expenses incurred due to transportation delays, strikes, typhoons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Club Travel.
- Personal comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel Industry Compensation Fund Protection
- In accordance with the Travel Industry Council’s regulations, a stamp duty of 0.15% of the total outbound cost may be collected from customers as a “Stamp Fee.” The TIA stamp on the receipt indicates that it is protected by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund. To ensure the above rights, members are advised to keep the original receipt with the TIA stamp. The “Travel Industry Compensation Fund” provides a special compensation of 90% of the cost for customers who are unable to travel due to the bankruptcy or abscondment of the travel agent. This fund also includes the “Travel Group Accident Emergency Assistance Fund,” which provides financial assistance for injuries or deaths caused by accidents during the experience. - Club Travel recommended that the participants hand over the original receipts to their relatives or friends in Hong Kong for proper safekeeping in case of accidents or insurance claims.
Temporary Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Club Travel reserves the right to cancel in advance if the number of participants is insufficient or if there is a known or threatened event of force majeure, in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the Travel Industry Council.
- If a participant withdraws or does not participate in any group activities (including meals, sightseeing, or accommodation) before or during the trip, it will be considered as automatic withdrawal, and the fees paid will not be refunded, nor will alternative activities be arranged.
Special Arrangements
- The expenses involved in the itinerary are determined based on the prevailing international currency exchange rates at that time.
- Due to fuel price increases or currency fluctuations, Club Travel reserves the right to adjust the fees.
- All hotels are arranged according to the itinerary, but Club Travel reserves the right to make changes depending on the circumstances. In the event of international events, exhibitions, or special situations, accommodations in neighboring cities of the same standard may be substituted.
- If any attractions in the itinerary are closed or unavailable during holidays, festivals, or special circumstances, alternative activities will be provided.
- Even if participants hold valid entry visas and travel documents, if they are denied entry by local immigration authorities or customs due to their own background issues, Club Travel is not responsible, and all fees cannot be refunded or transferred. Guests will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred during that period.
- All activities in the itinerary are designed and arranged according to overall needs. However, participants should follow the instructions and arrangements of the service staff, assess their personal age, physical condition, health status, weather conditions, and activity content at the time to evaluate whether to participate, and bear all responsibilities and consequences arising from it. When participants feel it is necessary, they should seek advice from a doctor or professional.
- The order and arrangement of the itinerary are subject to the arrangements of airlines and local reception units. Club Travel has the right to change the order of the itinerary based on the arrangements of suppliers, and participants may not object.
- In the event of any special situations or flight delays that travel agencies cannot control, resulting in the need for guests to file insurance claims, guests are requested to contact the insurance company directly.
Liability Issues
- Club Travel arranges overseas study programs, transportation (such as flights, cruises, trains, or buses), accommodations, meals, sightseeing, and entertainment activities on behalf of participants. However, Club Travel does not own, manage, or operate these services. All arrangements made by Club Travel on behalf of participants, including any tickets, exchange documents, receipts, contracts, or bills issued by the service providers, are subject to the predetermined rules and conditions set by those service providers. In the event of transportation delays, baggage loss, accidents, injuries, or property damage, participants should directly communicate with the relevant transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, or entertainment venues to seek compensation or resolution. Club Travel is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred. Participants should follow the rules and conditions set by the service providers when seeking compensation or resolution. Club Travel is not liable for any injuries or damages to participants or their property that occur during the program, including accidents that may happen during entertainment or game activities.
- Club Travel acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, overseas study program organizers, and other travel agencies. Any changes or adjustments to the overseas study program, as well as any additional expenses incurred due to loss of property, accidents, natural disasters, mechanical failures, transportation delays, fires, strikes, wars, political instability, or changes in government regulations, are not the responsibility of Club Travel or its agents.
- Participants should review any travel advisories (if any) before joining Club Travel ‘s experience. However, the decision to travel abroad is a personal one, and participants should be aware of and comply with the relevant travel advisories. - In special circumstances, Club Travel and its agents have the right to substitute or modify the items in the itinerary, as well as shorten or extend the duration of the trip. In such cases, the fees may be adjusted accordingly, and participants are not allowed to object.
- For group tickets used in the experience, participants must travel together for the entire trip. If participants choose to stay behind, Club Travel will make every effort to arrange alternative return flights, but whether the seats are confirmed or not, participants are not allowed to object or withdraw. Once the confirmed return date is determined, it cannot be changed. If the airline allows changes, a handling fee and the price difference of the tickets per person will apply. Participants will be responsible for any costs and liabilities incurred during the extended stay after the completion of the trip.
- The flight tickets/hotels or sightseeing activities arranged in the itinerary are booked as a together. Once confirmed and ordered in Hong Kong, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances if participants are unable to use them.
- Participants must comply with the laws of the countries visited, including but not limited to customs, immigration, or transportation regulations. Club Travel is not responsible for any illegal activities conducted by participants.
- Participants must adhere to reasonable standards of behavior and must not threaten, attack, or intimidate other participants. Participants must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the guide or authorized personnel. The best interests of the group are of utmost importance, and if a participant fails to comply with reasonable and appropriate standards of behavior or fails to follow necessary precautions and safety regulations, the participant may be prevented from continuing with the experience. In the event of expulsion, no refund will be provided, and Club Travel will no longer be responsible for the participant.
- According to the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all participant information will not be provided to third parties. Please be aware of this.
Airline Liability Issues
- According to airline guidelines, tickets will be considered void if not used in sequence. Therefore, if a passenger cannot board the flight with the group due to personal reasons and wishes to keep the remaining flight seats (domestic and return flights), the airline has the right to charge the passenger for related fees or request the passenger to purchase a new ticket.
- The airline is only responsible for the terms and conditions stated on the ticket. If a passenger fails to board the aircraft, the airline is not liable for any responsibility.
Physical Condition and Medical Record Form
- Parents/guardians acknowledge that their child is in good health and physically fit to participate in football training or activities. Parents/guardians understand and agree that they will not hold Liverpool International Football School (Hong Kong) responsible for any injuries, fatalities, or property damage incurred as a result of participating in football training programs or activities.
- Before departure, players must complete an additional physical condition and medical record form.
