The above content does not include:

• Airport departure tax (including but not limited to Hong Kong airport passenger security fee, airport tax, fuel surcharge, airport construction fee and administrative fee, etc.) ;
• Miscellaneous items in the hotel (such as telephone charges or laundry charges or Internet access charges, etc.) ;
• Travel documents, visa fees ;
• Single room and extra bed surcharge ;
• any type of travel insurance ;
• All items not listed above ;

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking within 7 days departure is not accepted.
2. The package price calculation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
3. Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures 
4. The prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
5. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
6. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
7. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, hotels, airlines and suppliers are subject to change the package arrangements in response to the latest situation.
8. The above prices do not include Hong Kong and local departure tax, Hong Kong airport security tax and fuel surcharge. 
9. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. 
10. Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together and must complete the check-in procedures together on the outbound and return journeys. All itineraries and flights must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.
11. Unless otherwise specified, the quotation is based on an adult occupying half a room. If you need to change to a single room or inquire about the price of a child (2-11 years old), please call 183 3100 or email to enquiry@travel.theclub.com.hk for enquiries. 
12. Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to air tickets, hotel check-in slips, tickets or other travel vouchers.
13. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.
14. Images and descriptions are for representational purposes only, actual products may differ. These photos shall not constitute or be construed as giving any offer, representation or warranty whether expressly or implied.

16. To ensure their own safety, passengers should pay attention to whether the Security Bureau has issued an outbound travel warning to the destination and recommends purchasing relevant travel insurance before committing to the itinerary. Passengers are also advised to check the entry requirements of their destination carefully before traveling to avoid being unable to enter the country.

Both at the time of booking and prior to your departure, you are responsible for reviewing all special conditions or requirements relating to your booking with both the accommodation provider and/or local authority. Should you have any questions, please reach out directly to the service providers. Please note, failure to adhere to any of these conditions or requirements may impact your booking. Club Travel is not responsible for your failure to adhere to any special conditions or requirements.

19. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above packages and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the packages and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same. 
20. By applying for this service, you confirm to have read, understood and accepted the general Terms and Conditions of the Club Travel (Link); the Personal Information Collection Statement of Club Travel (Link); The Club HKT Limited  (Link); Build-A-Tour terms and conditions (Link) and other terms applicable to individual products. 
21. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. 
22. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
23. The Club, Club Travel, The Hotel, Airline and all suppliers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club, Club Travel, The Hotel, Airline and all suppliers shall be final.
