TAUCK River Cruise Terms and Conditions:

1. In the event that the TAUCK River Cruise imposes fuel surcharges or other applicable taxes, passengers will be responsible for paying the price difference. The actual amount will be determined based on the date of the TAUCK River Cruise’s The relevant amount will be calculated and added to the final ticket price upon confirmation.
2. Customers must ensure that their travel documents are valid for a minimum of 6 months (calculated from the date of return to the UK, except for specific countries) and have sufficient blank pages for visas and entry purposes. Passengers must also possess valid entry visas (where applicable). Our company and the TAUCK River Cruise shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from personal documents.
3. When making a reservation, customers must ensure that the name provided matches their travel documents exactly. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the original reservation price and any associated discounts, or additional fees for changes. The TAUCK River Cruise reserves the right to deny boarding, and the final decision rests with the TAUCK River Cruise. Customers may not raise objections.
4. Once the river cruise booking is confirmed, itis non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Evening meals on board the TAUCK River Cruise ship (in the main dining room) will be arranged with group seating, subject to the final arrangements and decisions of the TAUCK River Cruise.
6. Departure/arrival/port call times at various ports during the itinerary may be adjusted/changed/canceled based on sailing conditions, with the final arrangements made by the TAUCK River Cruise. Customers agree to accept these changes. The TAUCK River Cruise has the ultimate decision-making authority and shall not be considered in violation of the provisions of the product description regulations. Customers waive any claims or compensation from the TAUCK River Cruise or Club Travel. If it is not possible to dock or the entire itinerary needs to be changed due to adverse weather conditions, sea conditions, unforeseeable circumstances, or force majeure events (such as war, political unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, typhoons, severe weather, rough seas, technical issues with transportation providers, temporary changes to schedules or timetables, strikes, and industrial actions), customers must agree to and accept the arrangements made by the TAUCK River Cruise. Club Travel and the TAUCK River Cruise are not obligated to provide any compensation.
7. The TAUCK River Cruise reserves the right to modify all itinerary arrangements based on the day’s river cruise arrival time at the port and local transportation conditions, without providing compensation. Participants may not raise objections.
8. If delays in customs clearance or immigration procedures at ports of call result in itinerary delays, additions, reductions, or changes, Club Travel and the TAUCK River Cruise shall not provide any compensation, and guests may not raise objections.
9. It is recommended that passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
10. Due to safety considerations, children aged 6 and below are not allowed on board river cruises.
11. Checked baggage weight must not exceed 50 pounds (23 kilograms), and overall dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 62 inches (158 centimeters).
12. Please note that TAUCK River Cruises cannot accommodate wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Therefore, personalized assistance cannot be provided to guests with walking difficulties or other specific needs.
13. Smoking areas are designated on the decks of the river cruise ship. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in any cabins, restaurants, lounges, or other indoor spaces.
14. Due to medical and legal reasons, TAUCK River Cruises cannot accommodate service animals (such as guide dogs) on board the river cruise ship.
15. No medications are provided on board the river cruise ship. Passengers are responsible for bringing their own medications.
16. Dry cleaning services are not available on board the river cruise ship.
