Day Tour Itinerary

08:00 – Gather at Nagoya VIP LINER Bus Station and depart.
10:30 – Explore Takayama Old Town (approximately 90 minutes), visit Hida Takayama Jinya (approximately 30 minutes), and experience the morning market at Miyagawa (approximately 30 minutes).
13:00 – Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Shirakawa-go (approximately 150 minutes). Lunch is not included.
18:30 – Arrive at Nagoya Station and tour concludes.

1 Day Tour Terms and Conditions:

  1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The tour bus will depart promptly, and participants who arrive late will need to arrange their own transportation to catch up with the group. Any costs or responsibilities incurred will be the participant’s own responsibility, and the company will not be liable.
  2. This itinerary is based on a group tour, and transportation will be shared with other passengers.
  3. The timing of the itinerary may be subject to changes based on the traffic conditions on the day of the tour. The actual situation on the day will prevail.
  4. The specified duration for each stop is for reference only. The tour guide may adjust the itinerary order and the duration of stops/arrivals based on the road conditions, weather, festivals, and other factors. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
  5. Children under 3 years old who do not require a seat can join the tour free of charge. One adult can only bring one child who does not require a seat. If there is a child traveling who does not require a seat, please indicate their date of birth in the remarks section when making the reservation.
  6. Small vehicles may be used for transportation on the day. Please avoid bringing large luggage. If necessary, please indicate the size and quantity of luggage in the remarks section when making the reservation.
  7. This itinerary involves long-distance travel, and individuals with fluctuating health conditions (such as pregnant women) should assess their own health condition before participating. Participants should be aware that they will be responsible for any unforeseen medical emergencies or situations arising from discomfort during the tour.
  8. In the event of natural disasters, war, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances, or if there are additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (such as extended accommodation, meals, and transportation), the company will not be held responsible.

Terms and Conditions：

  1. Booking within 7 days departure is not accepted.
  2. The package price calculation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
  3. Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures 
  4. The prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
  5. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
  6. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
  7. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, hotels, airlines and suppliers are subject to change the package arrangements in response to the latest situation.
  8. The above prices do not include Hong Kong and local departure tax, Hong Kong airport security tax and fuel surcharge.

  10. Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together and must complete the check-in procedures together on the outbound and return journeys. All itineraries and flights must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.
