• Bhutanese hotels do not have international star ratings. Our company regularly conducts on-site inspections (over 100 hotels accumulated) and carefully selects hotels that meet Hong Kong standards in terms of cleanliness, ideal location, and unique Bhutanese architectural features.
• In the event of temporary closures of the listed attractions and restaurants, alternative options will be provided. Participants are not allowed to object to the changes. Your understanding is appreciated.
• The sequence of visits to the attractions mentioned in the itinerary may be subject to the arrangement of the local guide.
• If there are increases in flight prices or class levels at the time of booking, additional charges may apply (typically during peak seasons, long holidays, or last-minute bookings).
• Due to the fluctuating fuel surcharges determined by the airlines, our company reserves the right to collect any additional fuel surcharge differences.
• The above costs are based on the deposit payment at the time of registration.

Visa Information (Tourist):

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong (calculated based on the return date of this trip).
• Except for nationals of India, Bangladesh, and Maldives, citizens of other countries must apply for a visa before entering Bhutan.
• For visa application, participants must provide a color image (JPEG file) of the passport page with photo and personal information, one passport-sized color photo (JPEG file) with a white background, and proof of personal travel insurance including coverage for COVID-19 treatment (PDF file). All files must be complete, neat, clear, non-reflective, and free from doodles or alterations
• Visa processing takes approximately 10 working days and the fee of USD 40 is included, no additional payment is required.
• The visa regulations are subject to the announcements of the consulate or local government. In case of any changes, there will be no separate notification.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking within 28 days departure is not accepted.
2. The package price quotation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
3. Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures 
4. The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
5. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
6. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
7. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels, air tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation. The above quotation prices do not include Hong Kong and local departure tax, Hong Kong airport security tax and fuel surcharge.

10. Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together and must complete the check-in procedures together on the outbound and return journeys. All itineraries and flights must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.
11. Unless otherwise specified, the quotation is based on an adult occupying half a room. If you need to change to a single room or inquire about the price of a child (2-11 years old), please call 183 3100 or email to enquiry@travel.theclub.com.hk for enquiries. 
12. Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to air tickets, hotel check-in slips, tickets or other travel vouchers.
13. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.

Both at the time of booking and prior to your departure, you are responsible for reviewing all special conditions or requirements relating to your booking with both the accommodation provider and/or local authority.
