• Miscellaneous items in the hotel (such as telephone charges or laundry charges or Internet access charges, etc.) ;
• Travel documents, visa fees ;
• Single room and extra bed surcharge ;
• any type of travel insurance ;
• All items not listed above ;

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking must be made 7 days prior to the match day.
2. The package price quotation is based on each adult.
3. The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of hotels, tax, home match day hospitality packages and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
4. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid
5. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
6. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This hospitality package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided.
7. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. 
8. The hospitality package prices are applicable to one adult.
9. Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to other travel vouchers.
10. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.
11. Images and descriptions are for representational purposes only, actual products may differ. These photos shall not constitute or be construed as giving any offer, representation or warranty whether expressly or implied. 
12. The official match day is subject to be change or cancelled for any force majeure factors by the Carabao Cup side. You are responsible for checking latest official news prior to the match day. Club Travel is not responsible for your failure to attend the official match day.
13. Club Travel can only confirm that the tickets are located within the selected area but cannot guarantee the seat location and the connectivity of two seats or above. All arrangements are based on the availability of tickets at the time of ticket purchase. Participants shall not constitute complaints or claims due to seat level or direction issues.
14. Tickets are located in Home supporters areas. Any guests seen to be openly supporting the opposition are liable to be refused entry or ejected from the stadium. Club Travel is not responsible if you are ejected from the stadium.
15. Match tickets will be issued to guests approximately 2-3 working days prior to the start of the game via email.
16. To ensure their own safety, passengers should pay attention to whether the Security Bureau has issued an outbound travel warning to the destination and recommends purchasing relevant travel insurance before committing to the itinerary. Passengers are also advised to check the entry requirements of their destination carefully before traveling to avoid being unable to enter the country. 
17. Both at the time of booking and prior to your departure, you are responsible for reviewing all special conditions or requirements relating to your booking with both the accommodation provider and/or local authority. Should you have any questions, please reach out directly to the service providers. Please note, failure to adhere to any of these conditions or requirements may impact your booking. Club Travel is not responsible for your failure to adhere to any special conditions or requirements. 
18. This service is arranged for you by The Club Travel Services Limited (“Club Travel”) License no. 350873. 
19. Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) is not the supplier of the above packages and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the packages and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.  
20. By applying for this service, you confirm to have read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of the Club Travel (Link); the Personal Information Collection Statement of Club Travel (Link); The Club HKT Limited  (Link); Build-A-Tour terms and conditions (Link) and other terms applicable to individual products.
21. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice. 
22. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
23. The Club, Club Travel, The Hotel and all suppliers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Club, Club Travel, Hotel, Football Club and all suppliers shall be final.
