The Liberty 52D is a new vehicle registered in 2021. It is a campervan based on the Toyota Camroad and can accommodate 8 people (recommended for 5 people). The vehicle is equipped with various camping amenities, including a temperature-controlled air conditioning system, heating system, gas stove for cooking, a 70L drainage tank, an 85L refrigerator, a 20L water tank, 100V power outlets, and USB charging ports. Campervan RV Rental Experience Terms and Conditions:
- The booking service is for duration of 24 hours (e.g., if the vehicle is picked up at 9:00 AM, it should be returned by 9:00 AM the following day). Pickup and return times can be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please indicate your preferred pickup time when placing your order. If you require an extension of the vehicle usage, additional extension fees will apply.
- Please arrive at the designated location at least 30 minutes in advance to avoid any delays to your itinerary. Please note that if you are late, the duration of your rental will be calculated from the scheduled pickup time.
- Please adhere to the vehicle’s instruction manual and our company’s original usage guidelines. Maintain proper etiquette when using the vehicle in public areas.
- Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.
- For first-time renters, it may take approximately 30 minutes for a staff member to explain the equipment inside the vehicle. Please allocate sufficient time accordingly. staff can communicate in Chinese, Japanese, or basic English.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. It is also prohibited to bring in any odorous or smoking foods. Cooking activities such as grilling or hot pot are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Club Travel will not be responsible for any damages or stains inside the vehicle or any associated repair or cleaning costs.
- During the rental period, the customer is responsible for vehicle management, including incidents such as tire punctures or refueling. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
- Shoes should not be worn except for the driver and front passenger seats.
- Any damages, stains, losses, or theft of interior or exterior equipment of the vehicle will be the customer’s responsibility, and the actual costs will be borne by the customer.
- Renters must be at least 21 years old. Individuals below the age of 21 are not eligible to rent. The optimal viewing time for the Snow Wall and autumn foliage may vary depending on the weather. Please note that customers cannot cancel their orders due to weather conditions, and Club Travel will not be held responsible.
Terms & Conditions:
- Booking within 7 days departure is not accepted.
- The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
- The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
- Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation.
- The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons.
- Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together. All itineraries must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.

- Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to hotel check-in slips, tickets or other travel vouchers.
- When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.
