Setsugekka Resort Train

RaThe Setsugekka Train is a scenic tourist train in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It features Japan’s largest panoramic windows, providing breathtaking views of the Sea of Japan and the Myoko Mountain Range. Passengers can savor local mountain and seafood delicacies during the journey. The carriages are equipped with UV-blocking glass windows, ensuring both stunning views and protection from UV rays. Setsugekka Resort Train Experience Terms and Conditions:

  1. All seats on the Setsugekka Resort Train are assigned seating.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the train.
  3. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The train will depart promptly, and participants who arrive late will be responsible for arranging their own transportation at their own expense. Our company will not be held liable for any delays or associated costs.
  4. The maximum number of seats that can be booked is 6. If your group exceeds 6 people, please contact us via email at enquiry@travel.theclub.com.hk.
  5. Pets are not allowed on the train. However, please note that assistance dogs (as defined by the Assistance Dogs Act, such as guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs) are permitted. Please specify this requirement during the booking process.
  6. Please be aware that the train’s onboard meals do not cater specifically to individuals with food allergies or vegetarians.
  7. Please refrain from bringing any food or beverages other than water, tea, or station-packed meals onto the train.
  8. In the event of cancellations or delays to the Snow Moonlight Train itinerary due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors, further updates will be communicated via email.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Booking within 7 days departure is not accepted.
  2. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
  3. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation. 
  4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. 
  5. Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to hotel check-in slips, tickets or other travel vouchers.
  6. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.
