Day Tour Terms and Conditions:

  1. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The tour bus will depart promptly, and participants who arrive late will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to catch up with the group. Any associated costs and liabilities will be borne by the participants, and the company will not be held responsible.
  2. The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent one day prior to the departure date.
  3. The itinerary is subject to change based on the prevailing traffic conditions. The actual schedule will be determined on the day of the tour.
  4. In case of unforeseen circumstances or special traffic conditions, the timing of the one-day tour may be adjusted. Participants cannot claim compensation or request a refund due to such changes.
  5. The one-day tour does not include meals at the coffee shops. All coffee shops have a minimum spending requirement, and participants must at least order a beverage to enter the premises.
  6. Outdoor activities entail certain risks and potential hazards. Participants must assess their suitability for participation based on their own health and abilities. It is recommended to purchase appropriate personal travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances. In the event of accidents resulting in bodily harm or fatalities, the company’s staff and related personnel will provide necessary assistance to the best of their abilities.
  7. Additional expenses incurred due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or circumstances beyond the company’s control (including delays or changes in transportation), are the responsibility of the participants. This includes expenses related to extended accommodation, meals, and transportation.

Club Travel Terms & Conditions:

  1. Booking within 7 days departure is not accepted.
  2. The package price quotation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
  3. Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures 
  4. The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
  5. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
  6. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
  7. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels, air tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation.
