Premier League Football Watching Tour
Package includes:
- Airfare: Round-trip economy class tickets ;
- Accommodation: Hotels as per the itinerary or similar standard. Based on twin-sharing basis ;

Booking Procedures:
- Travelers are responsible for All prices, taxes, and surcharges.
- Customers are required to make full payment for the tour in advance before 29 Sep 2023. Including Airport taxes and fuel surcharges, Tour Guide Tips, and Single Room Supplement (if needed).
- Travelers must provide the exact name matching their travel documents at the time of reservation and verify the name and document information displayed on the receipt. Any expenses and liabilities incurred due to incorrect information provided by the passenger for document correction will be fully borne by the passenger.
- Tour fee definition: Infants are aged 0-23 months, children are aged 2-11, and adults are aged 12 or above.
- Single-room surcharge refers to a single person staying in a room without twin beds or a double bed. The arrangement will be subject to the hotel’s arrangement.
- Travelers under 18 years old (calculated based on the departure date) who are not traveling with their parents or guardians must meet the following registration requirements:
a) Must have the consent of a parent or guardian, which must be signed and submitted as a “confirmation letter” during registration.
b) The contact person and emergency contact person must be a parent or guardian. - Club Travel reserves the right to accept or reject any booking.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Club Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure for reasons such as insufficient participation (less than 35 people), airline/hotel/transportation issues, or visa rejection, excluding circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, Club Travel will cancel the tour before departure in accordance with the guidelines of the Travel Industry Council. Customers will be entitled to a refund of all payments made, except for visa fees or taxes that have already been issued or paid.
- If a tour is guaranteed to depart and subsequently canceled by the travel agency for reasons other than circumstances beyond its control, the agency must refund or arrange the refund of all amounts paid by customers within seven working days from the date of the cancellation notice, excluding the day of the notice. Additionally, the agency must compensate the customer with 15% of the tour fare (up to HK$1,500).
- After reservation, if a passenger requests to cancel or make changes for any reason, Club Travel will handle it according to the following guidelines:

- If a passenger requests to cancel or modify a booking, the request must be made via email to enquiry@travel.theclub.com.hk for the necessary procedures.
- In any case, if a passenger voluntarily chooses not to use the group ticket to the destination on the day of departure, the airline will automatically cancel the return ticket. Please take note of this.
- Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed through the bank/payment provider, and the amount will be refunded to the respective account. The process may take a minimum of approximately 4 – 6 weeks.
Travel Documents and Visa Issues:
- Passengers must possess travel documents with a minimum validity of six months (calculated from the date of return to Hong Kong).
- Participants in the tour are responsible for complying with the applicable requirements for returning to Hong Kong. Please refer to the government’s announcements for up-to-date information.
- The personal information collected by Club Travel is solely used for name verification. Passengers must understand and ensure that their travel documents and visas comply with the entry/exit regulations of the respective countries. Club Travel will not be held responsible if passengers are denied boarding or entry/exit by airlines or immigration officers. No refunds will be provided for fees already paid, and all additional expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the passengers.
- Club Travel bears no responsibility if a passenger is denied boarding for failing to comply with boarding requirements or is unable to depart from or return to Hong Kong.
- Due to airline regulations, passengers must have two blank visa pages with the words “Visa” printed on them in their travel documents. This is necessary for visa labeling and immigration stamping upon entry/exit. Failure to comply may result in the airline refusing boarding.
- All passports must be intact and free from any missing pages, damage, or markings (including but not limited to unofficial stamps). Failure to comply may result in the airline refusing boarding or the local immigration authorities denying entry. Club Travel bears no responsibility.
- Hong Kong residents holding foreign passports must carry their Hong Kong Identity Cards for convenience during immigration procedures upon returning to Hong Kong. According to the Travel Visa and Entry Permit Regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, all non-Hong Kong residents holding foreign passports must possess valid travel documents and return or onward tickets to enter Hong Kong.
Special Circumstances and Liability Issues:
- According to the guidelines of the Travel Industry Authority regarding “Cancellation of Tours by Members due to Unavoidable Reasons,” in the event of tour cancellation due to “unavoidable reasons,” . The actual amount of the refund fee shall be based on the transportation service provider (including but not limited to airlines). For more information on the guidelines of the Travel Industry Authority, please visit their website.
- “Unavoidable reasons” refer to situations such as war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, technical issues with transportation, temporary changes in schedules by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, travel advisories issued by destination governments/world health organizations, and red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government. These are circumstances beyond the industry’s control that may negatively affect customers’ overseas travel, as well as any other force majeure factors.
- If customers have purchased travel insurance, please refer to the coverage regarding Hong Kong outbound travel advisories under the insurance policy.
- Customers must travel with the group for the entire journey. If customers choose to stay behind after the completion of the tour, they must provide notice at least 21 days prior to departure. Customers will be responsible for additional fees and relevant airport taxes and will bear the expenses for extending their stay.
- Club Travel reserves the right to make changes to all arrangements during the journey, and customers are expected to cooperate and not raise objections.
- Please note that the meals provided during this tour are not catered specifically for vegetarians or individuals with food allergies.
- If the stadium is hosting a match or other event, undergoing maintenance, or closed to the public, we may only be able to view it from the outside. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- Club Travel has the right to cancel the qualification of customers to join the tour, without any refund, if customers frequently fail to follow instructions or harass other customers. Any actions taken by customers after leaving the tour are unrelated to Club Travel.
- If customers voluntarily leave the tour or abandon the itinerary during the journey, Club Travel will not refund any tour fees or expenses, and any unused attractions, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, and flight arrangements will not be refunded. Customers will be responsible for all additional costs incurred.
- Club Travel will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by tour members due to transportation delays, weather conditions, or the issuance and implementation of temporary ordinances by the government requiring changes to the itinerary or flights.
- Club Travel shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, loss or damage of property, mental distress, or any direct or indirect consequences arising from negligence, accidents, or other uncontrollable events by transportation, hotels, restaurants, and tourism organizations (including but not limited to wars, coups, strikes). In such cases, customers should directly negotiate or seek compensation according to local laws with the relevant cooperating organizations, including airlines, ships, trains, tour buses, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment attractions. Our company shall not be held responsible for any of these matters.
- Club Travel shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, economic losses, entertainment or mental distress suffered by customer in any accidents.
- Customers must comply with the laws and regulations of each country, including but not limited to strict prohibitions on carrying prohibited items when entering or leaving a country. Violators will be solely responsible for any consequences.
- The services directly provided by Club Travel (License no. 350873) (excluding services provided through service Proders) are governed by Hong Kong law. Any claims against Club Trave must be processed in Hong Kong, and the liability of Club Travel to customers, to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by customers to our company.
Club Travel Terms & Conditions:
- Booking on or before 29 Sep 2023 is not accepted.
- The package price quotation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
- Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures
- The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
- The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
- The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
- Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels, air tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation.
