Travel Tips:

  • Guests must arrive at the pier and complete all necessary procedures for boarding 3-4 hours or earlier before departure. If there is any delay that results in failure to board the ship, all related responsibilities shall be borne by the guests themselves, and the Cruise company and Club Travel shall not be liable.

Travel document requirements

  1. Hong Kong Permanent Residents:
    • 11 years old or above: Original Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card
    • Under 11 years old: Original Hong Kong Permanent Resident Identity Card; and A) Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Re-entry Permit; or B) Passport
  2. Hong Kong Residents (Non-Permanent):
    • Present the following identification and travel documents: A) Hong Kong Identity Card + Valid HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes
  3. Foreign domestic helpers, work visa or student visa holders
    • Hong Kong Identity Card + Valid International Passport + Valid Hong Kong Visa

Remarks:

  1. The company will charge customers for Hong Kong TIA levy which is calculated based on 0.15% of the final total fee.
  2. Fees are calculated per person for two adults sharing a room and in Hong Kong dollars. For single occupancy, triple/quad occupancy or children’s fees, please contact the company. If single occupancy is required, a single room surcharge will apply.
  3. All charges on the cruise are in Hong Kong dollars.
  4. If the cruise company imposes fuel surcharges or other applicable taxes, passengers are responsible for paying the difference. The actual amount will be determined and added to the final ticket price based on the date the ship company issues the notice.   5. Customers must ensure that their travel documents are valid for at least six months (excluding certain countries) from the date of return to Hong Kong and have sufficient blank pages for visas and entry purposes. Travelers must also have a valid entry visa, if applicable. The company and cruise line are not responsible for any issues arising from personal identification documents.
  6. When booking, customers must verify that their name matches their travel documents exactly; otherwise, they may lose their original booking price and discounts or be required to pay fees for changes. The cruise company hasthe right to refuse boarding and the final decision lies with the cruise company, and customers may not object.
  7. Under no circumstances can cruise tickets be changed, transferred, or refunded.
  8. An adult over the age of 18 must be present in each cabin from the date of boarding.
  9. The bed configuration of all cabins, such as single beds, extra beds, or bunk beds, will be arranged by the cruise company.
  10. Evening meals on the cruise (in the main dining room) are arranged in group seating and are subject to the final arrangements and decisions of the cruise company.
  11. If the itinerary cannot be stopped or changed due to unforeseeable or force majeure circumstances (such as war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics, typhoons, bad weather, rough seas, technical problems with transportation, temporary changes in schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes, and industrial actions, etc.), customers must agree and accept the arrangements made by the cruise company. Club Travel and the cruise company are not required to provide any compensation.
  12. The departure/arrival/stopover times of ports during the voyage may be adjusted/changed/canceled according to the sailing conditions, and the final arrangements of the cruise company will be accepted and agreed by the customer. The cruise company has the final decision-making power and will not be considered a violation of the product description regulations, and will therefore waive the right to claim or seek compensation from the cruise company or Club Travel.
  13. The cruise company reserve the right to adjust all itinerary arrangements based on the arrival time of the cruise ship and local transportation conditions, and will not provide compensation for any changes made. Participants may not object.
  14. If there is a delay in the itinerary due to customs clearance or immigration procedures at the port of call, resulting in changes to the itinerary, Club Travel and the cruise company will not provide any compensation, and customers may not object.
  15. Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance before departure.
  16. All prices are for reference only, and the actual price will be based on the official response from the cruise company when checking and confirming the reservation.
  17. All promotional offers or room discounts are limited and subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  18. Customers must provide a copy of a valid travel document when booking.
  19. Children’s travel documents attached to their parents’ passports/return permits cannot travel alone unless accompanied by their guardians.
  20. Pregnant women who are 24 weeks or more (counted from the day of disembarkation) cannot board the cruise for vacation. Guests who are 20-23 weeks pregnant must provide a doctor’s certificate. Different cruise companies and designated voyages may have different maximum pregnancy weeks. Please check with our company for details (if there are any changes, the cruise company’s announcement shall prevail).
  21. Infants under 6 months old (counted from the day of boarding) are not allowed to board the cruise. However, some cruise companies and designated voyages may have different minimum age requirements.   22. The cruise company reserves the right to refuse boarding to customers who fail to provide their health condition during registration, depending on the customer’s health condition, and shall not be liable for any compensation for the fees paid by the customer.
  23. Cabin accommodations are subject to the actual supply of the cruise company. The cabin floor and number will be assigned by the cruise company during check-in, and shall be subject to the final arrangement of the cruise company. Our company and the cruise company may also upgrade the cabin to a higher level without additional charge, and guests shall not object.

  1. Booking within 21 days departure is not accepted.
  2. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons. 
  3. Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together. All itineraries and flights must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.

  6. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.

To ensure their own safety, passengers should pay attention to whether the Security Bureau has issued an outbound travel warning to the destination and recommends purchasing relevant travel insurance before committing to the itinerary. Passengers are also advised to check the entry requirements of their destination carefully before traveling to avoid being unable to enter the country. 
  8. Both at the time of booking and prior to your departure, you are responsible for reviewing all special conditions or requirements relating to your booking with both the accommodation provider and/or local authority.
