Mongolia

1. Hong Kong and Macau SAR passports enjoy visa-free stay for tourism in Mongolia for 14 days (Hong Kong) and 30 days (Macau).
2. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months (counted from the return date of this trip).
3. Passports from Canada, USA, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cuba, Israel, and other countries enjoy visa-free stay in Mongolia for 30 days.
4. BNO, Hong Kong DI, Portuguese, and Chinese passports require a visa for entry.
5. Visa application requires original passport, one 2×1.5-inch color photo, one application form, copy of Hong Kong ID card, company leave letter, etc.
6. Visa processing time is approximately 15 working days, with a fee of HK$800 per person, allowing a 30-day stay.
7. Visa regulations are subject to the consulate or local government’s official announcements. Any changes will not be separately notified.
8. In any case, the visa fees already paid are non-refundable.

Russia

5. Visa processing time is approximately 12 working days, with a fee of HK$1200 per person, allowing a 30-day stay.
6. Visa regulations are subject to the consulate or local government’s official announcements. Any changes will not be separately notified.
7. In any case, the visa fees already paid are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking within 28 days departure is not accepted.
2. The package price quotation is based on two travelers sharing one room.
3. Passengers are advised to arrive early to the airport to allow sufficient time for check in, passport control, health measures and security procedures 
4. The quotation prices are calculated based on the lowest price of air tickets, hotels and surcharges of the day. The actual prices may subject to change without prior notice. All prices, taxes, surcharges and availabilities quoted by Club Travel’s consultant are for reference only and are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.
5. The room that has been booked must be checked in within the specified date, otherwise it will be invalid.
6. The check-in guest must be at least 18 years of age. The hotel requires the guest to pay a deposit or present a credit card upon check in.
7. Once the products are confirmed, they cannot be changed, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. This package is not transferrable, and cannot be resold, otherwise the confirmation will be voided. Due to the uncertain situation of Covid-19, all arrangement including but not limited to hotels, air tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions of the service provider in response to the latest situation. 10. Designated package prices are only applicable two adults travelling together and must complete the check-in procedures together on the outbound and return journeys. All itineraries and flights must be the same. All accompanying guests must book together.

12. Please check all personal and itinerary information each time you receive an itinerary quotation or confirmation, including but not limited to air tickets, hotel check-in slips, tickets or other travel vouchers.
13. When you reserve a build-a-tour, please provide to the Club Travel consultant with all guests’ full names in English on the valid travel documents for arrangement of reservations.
