How to enjoy:
1. Call Club Travel on 183 3100 to check availability of tickets and make a booking.
2. Once the availability of your ticket is acknowledged, please make payment online via the unique link sent to your email address and follow instructions given by the customer service representative.
3. An electronic air ticket will be sent by email within 3-5 working days after payment is made.
Important note:
- Travel period: 22 November 2019 to 31 March 2020.
- Ticket validity: 2-7 days (Singapore) , 2-30 days (San Francisco).
- Limited availability; Not available for peak season.
- Air ticket prices include airport taxes, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, fuel surcharge or other expenses.
- The offers are available to PCCW/HKT full time staff only. PCCW / HKT staff number must be provided at the time of booking. Each PCCW / HKT staff member can enjoy this staff offer for a maximum 8 round-trip tickets in one single order. All passengers (including staff) must travel together.
Terms & Conditions:
- The following offers (collectively, “Offers”) are only applicable to the full-time staff employed by PCCW Services Limited or HKT Services Limited or (“Staff”) from 22 November, 2019 until 24 March, 2020 (both days inclusive) (“Ticketing Period”):
• 1 round-trip air ticket from Hong Kong to Singapore (Economy Class) issued by Singapore Airlines: 1 Clubpoint + HK$1,597+ (tax included) (K Class)
• 1 round-trip air ticket from Hong Kong to San Francisco (Economy Class) issued by Singapore Airlines: 1 Clubpoint + HK$3,934+ (tax included) (K Class) - Each Staff can purchase a maximum of 8 round-trip air tickets during the Ticketing Period. All passengers (including the Staff) must travel together from 22 November 2019 to 31 March 2020 (both days inclusive) (“Travel Period”) using the air tickets purchased through the Offers.
- To enjoy the Offers, Staff must call Club Travel Hotline 1833100 and provide their PCCW / HKT staff number, The Club membership number, staff’s email address and all passenger(s)’ full English name, as appeared on their valid travel documents to Club Travel’s consultant at the time of reservation of air ticket. All passengers must hold the valid travel documents required for travelling, including their passport(s) with at least six-month validity (from the departure date of return trip) and if applicable, a valid visa and/or entry permit.
- A confirmation email with a unique payment link will be sent to Staff’s email address provided during the reservation of air ticket from The Club Travel Services Limited (Travel Agent Licence number: 350873) once the air ticket is reserved. Staff should follow instructions as specified by the said confirmation email to settle the payment using the said unique payment link. The relevant Clubpoints(s) will be deducted at the time of ticket reservation.
- The round-trip air ticket prices include airport taxes, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, fuel surcharge or other expenses, unless otherwise specified.
- The air tickets issued under the Offers are only valid for a stay of 2-7 days in Singapore, or a stay of 2-30 days in San Francisco (as the case may be).

- Only electronic tickets will be issued under the Offers.
- The Offers are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis. No cancellation, amendment, exchange or refund is allowed once booking is confirmed. Air ticket is non-transferrable and passenger name cannot be changed once issued. No refund for no-show cases. Passengers are recommended to purchase the applicable travel insurance while travelling.
- Please ensure that the luggage allowance is complied.
- All prices, taxes and surcharges quoted are for reference only and shall be subject to final confirmation by Singapore Airlines when the ticket is issued.
- Upgrades, special requests or seats on particular flights are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of Singapore Airlines. In the event of an air ticket upgrade, passengers are required to pay the applicable surcharge as advised by Club Travel and/or Singapore Airlines at the time of request.
- In the event of inclement weather (such as a typhoon), delays or cancellation, passengers should follow the guidelines provided by Singapore Airlines.
- The Club and Club Travel are not the suppliers of the goods and services provided by Singapore Airlines and make no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the same, and accept no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

- The Club and Club Travel reserve the right to vary or cancel the Offers and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by The Club, Club Travel and/or Singapore Airlines shall be final.
- In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
